Leona Wild Collective is a women-led, sustainable, and community-driven organization in Asheville, North Carolina.
We see ourselves as a vital connective tissue linking the tools, talents, and resources necessary to make our creative community strong. We collaborate with venues, local and national organizations, and artists of all kinds to bridge the gap between musicians and what they need.

Community Programming
Hosting workshops, skill-sharing events, and educational resources to help artists navigate the music industry, taxes, and grant applications.
Events & Advocacy
Organizing inclusive events while actively advocating for financial sustainability and fair pay for artists.
Artist Management
Supporting a curated roster of artists (Julia Sanders at the moment) through focused management, partnerships, and long-term career direction.
Festivals & Residencies
We curate flagship festivals and ongoing residencies that give artists consistent performance opportunities and help build their audience over time.
